We need support in the workplace for our well-being. You can bring solutions to help when you become a Workplace Resilience Facilitator.

As a Workplace Resilience Facilitator, you can launch an Employee Resource Group or workplace support group focused on increasing workplace wellness. Through our WRF training, you will learn strategies and tools to share with your ERG group members to increase workplace wellness.

Training Details

Time Commitment: Five-hour course. One hour is archived; four hours are live.

Cost: $399

Objective: At the end of this class, participants will feel have the tools to launch an Employee Resource Group or support group to improve workplace wellness.

Levels: Individuals who have completed the Building Workplace Resilience two-hour training. If you haven’t completed this training, you can enroll in Building Workplace Resilience training.

Dates and Times: The live training happens on Tuesdays at Noon ET (11 a.m. CT, 9 a.m. PT) for one hour for four weeks. The training begins on the first Tuesday of the month and then continues for three consecutive Tuesdays.

Learning Objectives

• Learn how to launch an Employee Resource Group or support group focused on employee well-being
• Gain the effective skills of a good listener
• Learn the facilitation skills which will help create effective conversations in groups;

• Practice the facilitation skills with fellow classmates.

Training Agenda

1. The Art of Listening, a one-hour recorded class.

2. During our first one-hour live training, participants will practice listening sessions.

3. During the second one-hour live training, participants will learn:

• The elements of a successful group
• The characteristics of an effective facilitator
• Facilitation skills

4. During the third one-hour live training, participants will learn:

• Strategies to manage the challenging behavior of participants.
• Strategies for managing additional challenges
• How to read body language

5. During the fourth one-our live training, participants will practice their facilitation skills.
