Which Solution Will Find Me Today?

We can take a break from searching so that the solution finds us.

I often think about the time during my day that I spend chasing — chasing help, business, reprieve. I’m running after what I need.

A few months ago, I decided to take a break from chasing so that I could receive. I began to wonder if all my running meant that what I needed simply couldn’t catch up to me. What if I wasn’t really running after but rather running from?

This insight caused me to pause, to stop, so that I could receive. This thought inspires our question to set this week’s intention: What solution will find me today?

The question starts with an assumption that the solution looks for us. We can stop doing the hard word of searching for a solution and instead believe it will find us. When we take moments in our day to stop and breathe and relax, we give that solution time to find us.

This week, let’s begin our day with a question that reminds us to take time to receive.

Be sure to keep us posted on which solutions find you!
