What’s Right for You Right Now?

I love these two words: right now.

I feel both comforted and empowered by those two words. Right now reminds that I can decide what works in this moment while also giving myself the authority to choose or act differently in another moment or day or week.

Right now isn’t about forever. It’s about my current reality which could change at any time.

I can be inspired by those two words to ask this good question: What’s right for me right now?

Right now, I may need more sleep than exercise, more time alone than time together or more support than autonomy. When I understand what I need right now, I can meet that need with confidence.

I’d love for you to consider what’s right for you right now. To help you remember this good question, you ask yourself as you start your day: “What’s right for me right now?”

Let us know what’s right for you.
