Our days feel so demanding, which means we can get caught up in the pressure to say, do and act right now, right here and right away.
Sometimes, though, giving into that pressure means we later regret our words or actions.
What if we gave ourselves a minute for a preview?
I like the idea that we can practice before we go live.
With a preview, we can ask someone for feedback on what we plan to say or do. We can assess how we feel about it. We can tweak to find better words and actions.
Our preview helps us meet the pressure with intention which means no regrets.
We can give ourselves a test run. We can remind ourselves to take that time by asking ourselves this question to begin our day: “What will I preview today?”
What will you preview?
