A Plan for You After a Family Member's Diagnosis

A diagnosis changes everything in a moment. The world looks the same, but it feels completely different. In this free planning session, we help you process what's ahead, address your deepest worries, and create a concrete plan for your first steps.

The Moment Everything Changes

Diagnosis Day. It's not a holiday, but it's a day that's so momentous for all the wrong reasons that it becomes etched in our memories. You may have suspected something was wrong, or the diagnosis might have come out of nowhere. Either way, in that moment, your entire caregiving journey shifts.

The shock. The fear. The unanswered questions. The uncertainty about what comes next. All of these emotions are real and valid. And they're exactly why you need support—not someday, but now.
