More Support for You Through Our Caregiving Training Programs

When you enroll in one of our caregiving training programs, we want you to connect to great material and truly helpful support.

A year ago, I added weekly office hours on Fridays at 3 p.m. ET with me for participants in our Consultant and Educator programs. I’ve expanded that support to participants in our Facilitator, Specialist, Guide, Conflict Strategist and Family Care Manager training programs. Register for any Office Hours via your group’s Event section on Caring Our Way to receive the Zoom link. Join me to ask about the training material, your goals and when you feel stuck. You also can still send me emails with your questions. (For those in our Consultant training, you can send me questions via each Module in your training material.)

We also just added Office Hours with Deeann, my assistant, who offers support on accessing and managing your training material. You can register to join Deeann for her Office Hours via your group’s Events section. She’s available on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 2 p.m. ET (1 p.m. CT, 11 a.m. PT) in September and October. Check your group’s Event section for her availability in November and December. You also can still reach out to Deeann via email with questions. You also can connect with her through our community: Deeann Harper.

You also can connect with other training program participants during our monthly meetings on the third Tuesday at either 2 p.m. ET or 7 p.m. ET. Our group meetings are a great way to share and support each other. Check your group’s Event section to register to join us.

With our additional office hours and our monthly meetings, we hope you feel how much we want you to succeed and flourish.
