Caregiving is stressful. When we can better manage stress, the caregiving experience unfolds as a journey. We can more clearly see the stages and better understand our purpose. In this 30-minute live workshop, you will be empowered with the knowledge and skills that will help you embrace the role while releasing the stress. You will leave with the tools to create your own sustainable caregiving journey.

At the end of the course, you will learn:

  • Strategies to manage the emotions that cause stress.
  • How to use obstacles to your advantage.
  • About the art of acquiescence and how to maintain control by letting go.
  • How to channel your sustainability super powers: self compassion, mindfulness, and setting boundaries.
