Program Overview
The Silver Level combines both live and on-demand training, giving you comprehensive learning at your own pace plus direct interaction with Denise and fellow students. You'll complete self-paced modules, then gather for live training where you'll practice skills, discuss real-world scenarios, and gain confidence in three professional roles: Consultant, Educator, and Facilitator.
Three Certifications. One Transformative Program. You'll earn your CCC (Certified Caregiving Consultant), CCE (Certified Caregiving Educator), and CCF (Certified Caregiving Facilitator) credentials in this comprehensive program.
Program investment (flexible payment plans available). Approved for 122 CEUs (115 for Consultant, 7 for Facilitator) for nurses and social workers in all states.

How It Works
Step 1: CCC Foundational Training
Complete 9 on-demand modules covering The Six Caregiving Stages™, tools, and communication strategies. Attend weekly Study Halls with Denise to discuss each module, practice skills, and get coaching feedback alongside fellow students.
Step 2: CCE Educator Training
Complete 4 recorded modules plus a live 1-hour workshop. Present a 45-minute seminar on caregiving stages to practice your delivery. Receive feedback and gain confidence presenting to audiences.
Step 3: CCF Facilitator Training
Attend a live 4-hour training where you master group facilitation skills, learn to use Caregiving Wheels in groups, practice with classmates, and prepare to lead virtual and in-person support groups.

Weekly Study Halls with Denise
Join Denise weekly for nine weeks — one module per week. Study Halls are where you discuss the material, practice skills, get real-time coaching feedback, and stay on track to complete your nine modules together with fellow students.
Study Halls cover:
Core beliefs, client burnout, hope, resistance, system navigation, losses, and financial planning
Master the Caregiving Wheels and Conversational Assessments. Practice with multiple planning tools and communication strategies.
Learn the universal emotions, unmet needs, losses, values, expressions of love, and resources at each stage.
Learn to use the Client Framework Map to track a client's stage, fatigues, domains, and systems across sessions, then generate a client takeaway in one click.
Leave training with a complete two-hour client program you can immediately offer to prospective clients.
8-Question Assessment and Coaching Call
A proprietary tool developed by Denise M. Brown after years of testing assessment tools. Most assessments completed by family caregivers prioritize data collection for a system, like the medical system. Our assessment is different: it focuses on the family caregiver's quality of life, creating a unique experience that helps them gain real insights into what they need. Delivered during a 50-minute coaching session with a Certified Caregiving Consultant, participants experience firsthand the kind of meaningful, client-centered work they'll do as a CCC.
