Become a Conflict Resolution Strategist

As a Conflict Resolution Strategist, you help family caregivers manage the conflicts and disputes that happen during a caregiving experience.

You act as a sounding board, supportive listener and effective strategist.

We hope our family members will be on the same page. We cross our fingers that our family members will agree on decisions about treatments, care plans and budgets.

In truth, a caregiving experience seems to inspire disputes, conflicts and disagreements. Often, it's the primary family caregiver that becomes the negotiator, go-between and deal making.

The role of diplomat can be a tough and lonely place to be.

Every family caregiver needs to connect with a professional who can help them plan to manage future disputes and strategize to cope with current disputes.

As a Conflict Resolution Strategist, you empower family caregivers with skills, tools and knowledge. You also help them manage the impact of conflicts and disputes on their day-to-day lives.

You teach family caregivers how to manage the conflicts, disputes and disagreements. You help the family caregiver with timely referrals when a mediator, attorney or therapist can be an effective source of help and support.

This training program is for financial planners, social workers and professionals who support family caregivers through case management services, a house of worship or a non-profit.

You'll also find this training helpful if you are the one in the family that manages and feels the impact of the conflict.

If you would like to offer this service through a business you start, consider our Certified Caregiving Consultant or Comfort Care Family Coach training. These coaching and consulting programs include this training.
