The Challenge & The Solution

The reality: Our personal experiences—caregiving, loss, health challenges—follow us to work. We struggle to manage both our professional responsibilities and our life challenges. Organizations lack the tools and training to create truly supportive workplaces for employees who are also caregivers.

The solution: You can bridge this gap. As a Workplace Resilience Facilitator, you can launch an Employee Resource Group or workplace support group focused on increasing workplace wellness. Through our training, you'll learn strategies and tools to help your colleagues thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
