What's included in the "free consultation"? +
Your free session is a chance to describe your situation and see if coaching is the right fit. Your coach will listen to your challenges, answer questions about how they work, and explain the program. No pressure to commit.
How long does the program last? +
The 5-session program typically unfolds over 5-10 weeks depending on your schedule. You're also welcome to continue coaching beyond the initial package. Many clients extend their work or return later when new challenges arise.

What is the Everyday Function Scale (EFS)? +
The EFS is an assessment you complete to help your coach understand your caree's current abilities and functional level. This drives the personalized care plans and strategies you'll receive—so everything is tailored to where they actually are, not generic advice.
