We create caregiving advocacy campaigns to improve the lives of family caregivers and former family caregivers. Join us in making a difference for family caregivers:
- Tell us about the complex care needs you provide at home. We want to ensure all Hospital-at-Home programs include support, training and reimbursement for you.
- Use our caregiving advocacy tool kit to contact your representatives to increase awareness of the need for caregiving support and help.
- Sign on your support for our recommendations which give guidance to states on how to spend additional Medicaid funding they can receive through the American Rescue Plan Act.
- Sign our petition to use existing funding in a better way to help family caregivers.
